As your birth doula, I'm here to support and advocate for you in the ways you most need from the time you begin thinking about conceiving, until your little one arrives, and in the days following. Before Birth
- We'll create a birthing plan that works for you.
- Ensure you have the items you need for the birth and days after baby arrives.
- Assist with preparing your hive for an easeful transition.
- Any other support you may need!
During Birth
- Provide physical, emotional, and informational support.
- Advocate for your birthing plan
After Birth
- Provide short term physical, emotional and informational support.
- Continue to advocate for your postpartum plans.
